前回の会話の続きです。

Young Man:

Who cares? We need more workers anyway. Hey, let's put this in a box.

Man:

I guess the guys at the castle will take care of it.

Young man:

Yup. We're only in charge of production.

 We're only in charge of production.

 in charge of～ で「～の担当である」という意味です。

take charge of~で「～の担当をする」という意味になります。

会話の中にも出ているtake care of~もほぼ同じ意味の表現ですが、こちらは少し軽いニュアンスのようです。「～の世話をする」くらいでしょうか。こっちの方が良く聞きますね。
